The Kingdom of Morocco has received a grant from the African Development Bank intended to finance a Support Project for the Improvement of the Business Climate and Relaunch (PACAAR).

The Project aims to support the Services of the Head of Government for the implementation of the national Strategy improvement of the business climate in Morocco as well as the acceleration of economic and social reforms, with the aim of relaunching the national economy stronger in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Project has three components:

1. Technical assistance for the implementation of national projects improvement of the business climate;
2. Technical assistance for the development of reforms relating to priority social and economic fields;
3. Support for Project management and communication.
