The project consists of supporting the Establishment of Intercommunal Cooperation (ECI) Al Assima and the Rabat Salé Tramway Company (STRS) for the implementation of the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (PMUD) of the agglomeration of Rabat Salé Témara, in consultation with local stakeholders.

A support is also provided for during studies of the extensions of the tramway network by the STRS, and when setting up the Measure-Report-Verification (MRV) system for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) as well as the mobility observatory in connection with the Mobilize initiative Your City (MYC).
