The objective of the project is to identify, structure and promote promising sectors and to make emerge an integrated and efficient economic ecosystem for more inclusive growth.

As a result, the project will enable the pilot territories to strengthen commercial capacities of its economic players (cooperatives, startups, small businesses, etc.) and to strengthen their vocation economic.

The project carried out in the province of Rhamna aims to strengthen a dynamic of inclusive and sustainable economic and social development through the emergence of a provincial jurisdiction around the Social and Solidarity Economy. This would include SSE actors, institutional actors (decentralized services and decentralized services), actors in higher education and research engaged in a process partnership in order to generate synergies around joint projects of an innovative nature.

The project carried out in the region of Fes Meknes aims to promote innovative entrepreneurship in through the emergence of a regional innovation and entrepreneurship hub around Agritech. It consists of adopting a structured and innovative approach to the agro-industrial sector and this, by strengthening capacities (training, R&D, innovation, upgrading to standards international and exports) and by developing an agro-industrial cluster coupled with the trades of TIC.

It will initially be developed in the form of a "Pole of Competence Territorial ”in order to bring together private, public and associative actors, and create a collective dynamic around the development of innovation and entrepreneurship Agritech.

The Association of Women's Initiatives of Rhamna and the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez will be the signatory entities of the financing agreements as beneficiaries and project management.
