The purpose of the project is to promote equality between women and men, through the institutionalization of gender-sensitive budgeting, at the level of the central budget of the Kingdom of Morocco or in the programming and planning of the State Budget.

More precisely this consists of:

i. A multi-year public policy loan of € 100 million with a matrix of indicators mainly from performance projects of ministerial education departments, Health, Agriculture, Water, Energy and Mines and Youth and Sports.

ii. A grant envelope of € 1 million implemented by UN Women, which will finance a capacity building program that will benefit both the CEBSG and ministerial departments keen to make progress on this issue.

iii. A budget of 500k € in subsidy implemented by Expertise France to carry out 9 gender analyzes of ministerial departments (Agriculture, Education, Health, Training Professional, Work and Professional Integration, Water, Energy and Mines, Fishing, Youth and Sports)
