AFD supports ONDA in its investment program by targeting its support on

(i) the realization of investments in security, safety and certification of airports, in order to respond to the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and to the regulations in force in European airspace and

(ii) the achievement of investments in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energies which will result from the study on energy efficiency and the introduction of renewable energies on the airport platforms that ONDA will operate. AFD will subsidize this study.

The project will:

- Strengthen aviation safety;

- Improve airport security by reducing the risk of malicious acts likely to cause damage to property or persons;

- Respond to more and more safety and security regulations demanding;

- Take steps to improve the energy performance of platforms airport.
