The general objective of the project is to "strengthen governance and the implementation of migration policies at the regional level".

More specifically, it aims to integrate the two migration policies that are SNIA and SNMRE in local development in Morocco for the benefit of both Moroccans living abroad and regularized immigrants in Morocco, in three pilot regions that are the regions of Beni Mellal-Khénifra, Oriental and Souss-Massa.

It should be noted that the activities relating to capacity building intervening on the migration issue will also concern the Tangier-Tetouan region.
