The intervention "Strengthening the skills of civil servants (women & men) at central and local level in terms of digitization" (e-TAMKEEN) is centered on the impetus for a process of change within public administrations with the aim of the skills of civil servants (F&H) at the central and local level be strengthened for a more effective and efficient management of the public service.

e-TAMKEEN is aligned with the new priority themes, in particular digitization for development. Indeed, the intervention wants to focus support for the reform / modernization of public administration on digital transformation at the level of the implementing partners of the entire bilateral cooperation program.

The goal is for the model built to be capitalized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform (MTNRA), as part of its cross-functional mission, to duplicate it to all of its partners.
