The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the State Ministry responsible for human rights developed this project with the objective of contributing to the implementation of the PANDDH and ultimately allowing strengthening the rule of law, institutionalizing democratic governance, promoting and protection of human rights.

The action of the project will facilitate the flow of information to all stakeholders as well as that strengthening the knowledge and capacities of institutional actors involved in the implementation work of the PANDDH.
